Sleeve labeling > Brief introduction

Sleeve labeling machine is used for put the sleeve PVC or PET labels which is in roll on bottles automatically. It will label the whole bottles (from the top to the bottom), bottle body, bottle mouth.

Sleeve labeling machine can be connected with various production line such as water filling line, juice filling line, food production line etc.

Working processing

1, The synchronous belt will be adjusted to the labeling position basing on the bottle before running the macine.

2, Bottles are delivered by running conveyor system. The label in roll will be cut and label on bottle while the sensor detect the bottled coming through.

3, After labeling, the labels will be brushed down by silicon belt.

4, Then going through the shrink tunnel, the label will be shrink by the heat steam from steam generator.
