1.Can I get free samples?

YES. We would like to send samples for your reference with freight collect.

2.What surface processing you can do ?

We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frost, label printing, decal etc.

As for color printing and spraying: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number.

3.Do you accept customized order ?

YES. We can arrange opening the mould according to customers’ requirement.

4. What is the normal lead time ?

(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within one week after we receive your payment.

(2). For regular products, the delivery time is within 40 work days after we receive your payment.
(3). For customized products , we could open the mould if needed.

5. What is your selection of shipping method ?

(1). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable.

(2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
