1)Aluminium oxide material grit size 46#,When the grain size is small,cutting efficiency is low.

2)Hardness grade,Generally,please chose reasonable hardness cutting disc to reduce its attrition wear.These factors can affect the cutting disc hardness:The amount of resin bond to join,Forming density of abrasive,Sintering temperature and sintering temperature etc.

3).The structure number should be larger in order to improve the cutting efficiency,but it should not be too large,otherwise it will affect the strength.

4)Bonding agent is resin and Fiberglass reinforced
