Usage:

Cool:

  Put the pack into freezer to be refrigerated for an hour before useing.

Warm:

  Place the pack into a container filled with water,then put the container in a microwave oven to be heat for 90 seconds for each time.

Purpose:

  Keep wine or beer cool and fresh, and keep milk warm.
