1. Q: What Terms of Pricing you could offered?
A: EXW, FOB or CIF price or others according to client’s request
2. Q: Can I have free samples?
A: Sure, we offer free samples for most products for all of our clients, only if the products include some special tooling molds or add customer logos. please always contact our sales when you ask for a free sample.
3. Q: Can I order a small trial order? what is your MOQ?
A: As a good start, we always accept small orders, MOQ is 100pcs/style/color, To save your costs for transportation, we would like to recommend you to order at least 1x20ft container, you can mix different items in one container. That would help you to reduce the unit price.
4. Q: What is your sample lead time?
A: Our standard sample lead time is 7 days, We may able to send you samples in 2 or 3 days for urgent samples but please always consult our sales.
5. Q: What is your production lead time?
A: The standard production lead time is 40days for first orders and 30 to 35days for repeat orders. This is based on order qty below 15000pcs, over that, please check with our sales.
6. Q: What payment terms you can accept.
A: Usually we accept TT and LC, for other perment term, please check with our sales.
7. Q: We are very concerning about the product quality, I like to know how you control the quality
A: We are committed to supplying our customers with quality products, and to meeting our customer’s needs and expectations. Domay has established a systemic quality management system based on ISO9001. Quality assurance procedures are in place at every process step throughout our operations,from risk assessment for samples/designs at the very beginning of product development, through to the final inspection of the finished goods.
1) At sampling and product development stage:
We will have QA Engineer to do risk accessment, make sure samples are in good quality and meet related international standards.
2) During production:
IQC will inspection all in coming materials
IPQC will check all semi-finished products based on your requirements on the production line.
OQA will ramdomly check the goods after production finished.
3) During container loading:
QC will check the condition of the containers, and supervise the contianer loading precess, make correct products be loaded into containers in good conditions.
