Q: Production time

A: Our production time is 15-30 days ,depending on the order quantity and the season. Some times it will take 45-60 days. 

Our salesman will tell you before send deposit.

Q: Will you accept small orders

A: we accept small order if your order quantity is less than MOQ,we do our best to help you by giving you the reasonable price with diligent service.

Q: Shipping time on transit

A: Depending on the shipping company and the distance from port to port. We will tell a estimate time after it shipped.

Q: Can you make customize design?

A: Most of designs we can make according to customer’s design .

Q: Sample provide

A: If you already place order ,we will provide a bulk production sample for free . If you asking sample before place order ,we

 will ask sample fee and courier fee before samping.The sample fee will deducted after you place order from order amount

 when the quantity is big enough. Usually the mould charge can not give back only when the quantity is big enough.

Q: MOQ

A: The MOQ for our items is 5 cartons each design.

Q: Can you make secure to our own design?

A: We promise not put your design to any place .like show , website . All the designs by customer we will keep in secret. 

But we can not promise some factories copy the goods you sell to your clients. But we will do the best works on secret.
