   Order Process:

   1.Send your design pictures of placemat with detail requirement to us(sample is better) 

   2.We will quote you the price and leading time based on your information by email.

   3.Sign PI or contract as we agreed. Production will be start after receive the deposite.

   4.We will send you the production photo or video for your reference.

   5. QC check.You can send your QC worker

    

   Shipping:

   1)  Usually we deliver the cup mat by sea. If you want other transport (by air or express), please feel free to let us know

   2)  Production time: 25-35 days after receipt of the deposit

   3)  Will send you the tracking number and details after shipment of the goods

   4)We wil send you tracking number in 3 business days after delivering your order

    

   Payment: 

   1) At present, we accept T/T and Western Union.
