1. Q: How can i get your catalogue and price list ?
A: Please let us know your email or contact us from website directly for our catalogue and price list; B: You can select the item on our website and advise which items you interest and what price term you would like to be offer, EXW or FOB ?
2.Q: What is the Shipping Cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 1set of each item. But MOQ will be more if you want to change the color or size or design.
4. Q: what is your price ?
the price we showed on website is for one table or one chair , not one set .
5. Q:What's your lead time ?
A; LCL order ---- 7-15days after sending deposit
B: FCL order ---- 15-35days after sending deposit
6. Q: How can I place an order ?
First you can choose our item on website or in our showroom, let us know the color which you want & Q'tys of each item, then we will send Proforma Invoice to you for sending deposit.
7. Q: Whether we can use other Currency besides USD ?
Yes, you can. We can accept EUR or RMB. Also you can send deposit in RMB, then balance in USD also ok for us.
8. Q:What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?
If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept.will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
9. Q: How can the products be sent to us ?
If Q'tys less one full container, we will offer EXW price, you can mix our goods with other factory goods into one container; and we can delivery the goods to loading container locatiion in Longjiang free; If order one full container, we offer FOB price, we will contact your shipping agent in China for the shipment.
10. Q: Cooperation procedure:
1.First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on products category, product’s name, Product’s item number preference, color preference, style preference, quantity and required delivery time.
2.Then we will response to your request with 24hours with an itemized quotation sheet, including description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD; Payment term and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue for your reference.
1.We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
2.After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI (Pro forma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement; we will attach the bank information in the PI. OurPayment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
3.When receive the 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; when the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angle for you reference. After got the 70% balance, we will arrange the shipment for you at once. At last we will send the Commercial Invoice and Packing list, especial the Original B/L.
