A:All of our products warranty at least 2 years. And 5 years warranty are available, with higher price.

Q2:What’s your MOQ?

A: It depend on different products. For example, the table is 50pcs, the chair is 100pcs, the sofa is 10 sets and so on.

Q3:What’s your payment terms?

A:1) Normally, by T/T, 30% deposit in advance, the balance should be cleared before loading.

2) For larger orders, by L/C are also available.

3) For samples or small orders, by Paypal or ESCROW are also available.

Q4:What’s the lead time?

A: It depends. Normally 15 days for sample and 30 days for bulk.

Q5:Could I take some samples from you? How much the sample charges?

A:Yes, samples are available. About sample cost, 2-2.5 times for the normal price of the product. But we will return them once received your order.
