A3: For 1~100pcs, lead time= 7~15days

       For 101~200pcs, lead time around 20days

       201~ 1x20'GP container: 25~ 30days

A4: Yes we guarentee that all of our artworks are 100% painted by hand

A5: The standard size of stretch bar is: width= 2.5cm, Depth= 3.5cm

       We aslo could do the size according clients' demands

A6: Yes,  please report to us if you find any products missed or damaged, we will check and return money back if it did happen.

Q7: How can you control your quality to ensure it is the same as we see on your website or catalogs?

A7: For the wholesale orders, we will make samples for you to approve first, after your confirmation we will do the mass production, further we have QC team to check every painting one by one before shipping; For the retail orders, we will send you the degital pictures for checking before sending.

Q8: The best way to deliver ?

A8: If only buy paintings on canvas, we will roll all paintings with tube and suggest you to post by air express such as DHL, in this way it is fast and cheap.

If buy paintings with stretcher or frame, we suggest you to ship by sea to save the shipping cost.

Q9: OEM Availabe?

A9: Yes, We could stick your own Logo, labels or Barcode on packaging.
