Condenser Side Plate Making Machine

1. Application

The equipment can straighten the aluminum strip for making the side plates of the parallel flow condensers. The aluminum strip is straightened by the straightening mechanism, pressed into a right-angle pattern, and then cutted to the preset length by the gas cylinder. The process goes on automtically starting from feeding, straightening, pressing till cutting.

2. Main Characteristics

The electrical system includes a PLC controller and a touch screen. Feeding of the aluminum strip is through a screw rod driven by a servo motor. The process parameters can be set up through the touch screen, and the editted process data can be stored directly. The machine can bend aluminum strip of different specifications, and has a high positioning accuracy. The bending head is processed in a punch machine, and has a high forming quality.
