Lead-Zinc Ore Beneficiation Line Spiral Classifier

Spiral classifier made in our factory is divided into two categories:the first one named high weir type spiral 

classifier;the second for the submerged spiral classifier;the high weir type classifier is divided into two kinds:

single screw and double helix.Sinking type classifier are divided into two types:single screw and double helix.

Our classifier is mainly composed of a transmission mechanism,helicoid, tank, bottom bracket, a lifting device 

and discharge.

Spiral classifier is widely used to pre-grading and inspection grading in closed circuits when used in the production flow of metal processing. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified. Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It’s also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.
