1) Sample Policy

Samples are available in our factory, we know only after sample order; our cooperation can go a further step. But we normally do not send free samples. What we can guarantee is that we can refund the samples cost accordingly from the formal orders. And we send samples by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS; shipping with customers' own account is acceptable.

 2) Lead time
