Our diaphragm jig is divided into two types:single ducket and double ducket.The jig is fixed sieve type.

It is suitable for grading metal ores,such as tungsten,gold ores,tin and other selected,not only can be 

used for the separation of fine materials,but also can be used for selection of coarse materials,the 

maximum feed size is 6-8mm,but in some cases selected the sands,the maximum size is 12mm.

Diaphragm jig machine comprises the body and the transmission device two parts,the body has two same

size jig buckets,use the bulkhead that is not touch the bottom devided each of the diaphragms bucket into 

jigging area and diaphragm area two parts.The Jigging process is carry out by the rubber diaphragm make 

up and down reciprocating motion caused by the medium (water)knock.The motor drives by the big belt 

wheel rotate through the triangle belt,so that the connecting rod of the eccentric shaft to move up and 

down,the rocker arm is connected with the connecting rod can moveup and down,the rocker arm and 

double connecting rod rubber diaphragm,so that the diaphragm make reciprocating motion,it start to jig.

  According to the size of the ore was treated,you can change the connecting rod stroke and choose 

different stroke, in order to obtain the best effect of jig.The method of changing the stroke is replace 

small belt wheel,there are two kinds of stroke:322 t/min; 420t/m.
