Product Details:

Both XCF and KYF belong to pneumatic flotation machine. With the ability of imbibing ore pulp, XCF is used as ore pulp imbibing tank, while KYF as a direct flow tank without self priming ability. The tanks are arranged horizontally, and there is no foam pulp required.

The XCY-KYF flotation has the following features:

Large-diameter conical impeller and short blade rotor are adopted, which has low wearing and simple structure and enable the machine produces large processing capacity and low energy consumption. Comparing with other flotation machines, the electric saving of this model can be reached 30%~50%.

Aeration disperser is arranged in the middle of the impeller, which makes the dispersion of aeration uniform and the mixing sufficient. Comparing with other flotation machines, this model has 10%~15% chemical consumption saving.
With the reducing of the ore accumulated at the bottom of the tank by U-shaped tank, the circulation of the ore pulp is improved, and it’s easy to start machine without ore drawing when stop working.

Please specify the model and quantity as well as flotation flow sheet as following while ordering:
1. Feeding mode and configuration scheme
2. Quantity of scrapers and mode of drive (right drive and left drive)
3. Quantity of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers and crude ore chambers.

* There is no motor starting device equipped when out of factory.
The flashboard will be made according to the manufacture’s drawings and the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine.
