PRODUCT BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Φ219 Pipe Welding Line is mainly used to weld round and square/ rectangular pipes. This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. It is also capable of squeezing weld seam into closed profile through high frequency induction heating to make profiles for various diameters and sizes.

FEATURES
API model mainly produces high level steel pipes, such as delivery pipe of petroleum and natural gas, oil well casing and so on. The requirements for material and quality are very strict. The mill is equipped with section equipment and technological equipment, such as IF annealing, air-cooled roll table, ultrasonic inspection, high pressure hydraulic pressure testing machine and so on.
National standard model mainly produces the steel pipe, such as water-gas pipe, structure pipe and so on.
Forming and sizing unit uses combination of FF forming and FFX forming to produce steel pipes through HF induction welding. Heating method uses HF induction or contact welding, i.e. steel pipe fed into the mill is formed into pipe profile by forming rolls. With skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe to heat it up quickly to welding temperature, and finishes pressure welding when pipe fringes squeezed together by squeezing roll. After normalizing, cooling, sizing and primary straightening, steel pipe of desired size is produced.

INTRODUCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Coil loading car
Put on coil on the machine with functions of cent ration and lean.
2. hydraulic double-cone uncoiler
one side of conical head rotate automatically with hydraulic clutch. Double-cone can open and shut movement or whole movement with arrester. Conical heads adopts hydraulic expansion.
3. leveler
Made of two row rollers with same diameter. Up roller installed on the memorial torch stand. Rollers equipped interlacing. Initiative roller is driven by gear box through universal joint. Roller leveler is straightened by two row rollers.
4. Cutter & welder
Mainly use for cutting ends and welding together to guarantee mill working continuously.
5. Spiral accumulator
Working principle: Hydraulic cylinder of strip feeding unit holds down steel strip. The feeding motor drives the feeding roll to fill strip into the accumulator by friction force. The main motor rotates supply roll of the accumulator cage to store steel strip in the inner and outer storage zone. The drive motor will stop after one coil finished, and will resume feeding after cutting and welding of another coil.
6. Forming and Sizing main unit
To adopt FFX forming technology.

Cut the pipe according to fixed length, and send them to the downstream roll table.

DELIVERY
Four months after the contract comes into force.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% advance payment after signature of contract, 30% progress payment after two months, and 30% before delivery. Remain amount to be paid within 1 year after delivery.
PACKING
electric control part packed in wooden case, remaining nude packed.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The supplier will send technical persons to buyer’s site to carry out installation & testing and provide technical support. Relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. During testing, the buyer shall provide required plant building & equipment, testing material and manpower support.
1. PAINTING
Equipment surface shall be coated with antirust paint. Paint color can be decided by the buyer or by the supplier on his discretion.
2.FOUNDATION WORK
The supplier will provide the buyer with foundation drawing of the equipment, with construction and supervision of foundation at the buyer’s own responsibility.
The client shall prepare plant building, equipment foundation, and cooling water pool as per equipment data provided by the supplier. Necessary installation apparatus (lifting rig, tools), installation accessories (wires, conduits, water pipes), and helping labors shall be arranged by the client.
The client shall provide water supply, power supply, and air supply to machine interface.
3.WARRANTY
The warranty will cover a period of one year starting from delivery for machines under normal operation conditions (Force Majeure excluded).
