Production process:

This machine produces round,square and rectangle steel pipes.

Used in agriculture, industry and construction activities like scaffolding and casing in bore wells.

It is a continuous complete line to product pipe for oil and natural gas transmission, large-diameter API grade line pipe, and medium-diameter ERW pipe for the construction, oil and gas industries.

Φ50 High Frequency Pipe Welding Line is mainly used to weld round and square/rectangular pipes.

This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. Using high frequency induction heating, this line is capable of producing section material of various diameters and sizes by squeezing weld seamtogether into closed shape.

Payment terms:

50% advance payment after signature of contract, 50% will be paid before delivery

Delivery:

Shipment of goods in accordance with equipment list within 8 months starting from the next day of contracting and receiving down payment.

Packing:

electric control part packed in wooden case, remaining nude packed.

After-sales service:

The supplier will send technical persons to buyer’s site to carry out installation & testing and provide technical support. Relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. During testing, the buyer shall provide required plant building & equipment, testing material and manpower support.
