The Dingbo efficient sand recoving machine is a kind of recycling  equipment of international advance level for sand and fine sand, developed on the basis of introducing foreign outstanding technology of the same kind of products.

Currently, most of manufactured sand production lines are using wet production process, whatever sand washer is, the biggest weakness is the fine (≤0.16mm) runs off seriously,  even above 20%. It not only decreases the yield,   sandbut also seriously influences the sand      gradation, which results in the unreasonable gradation. The fineness module is thick, which largely lowers the product quality of the manufactured sand. Too many discharged fine sands will also result in environmental pollution.

  

In order to solve the above problems, we researched and developed the LZ series sand recycling system, which is designed byabsorbing the world advanced technology. It is widely used in aggregate processing system, glass raw material processing     system, manufactured sand making production line and so on, to solve the fine sand recovery problems.

Sand recovery device  -Characteristics:

 

 

  1. The vibration screen uses a polyurethane screen mesh; and compared with other screen meshes, the polyurethane screen mesh has the advantages of long service life, and no hole plugging phenomenon;

 

2. Polyurethane is arranged in the swirler, so that the service life of the whole device is prolonged, and works such as pulp concentration and liquid clarification can be successfully done;

 

3. To the maximum extent, the fine sand recovering system can recover 85 percent of fine materials, so that the fine sand recovering system has incomparable technical and economic advantages compared with other systems;

 

4. The fine grains are fully recovered, the workload of the sedimentation tank is reduced, and the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank is also lowered.

 

Working Principle:

 

I.Structure: motor, A slurry pump, B cyclone, C linear vibrating screen, D washing pool, E recycling box

 

II.Working principle:

 The mixture of sand and water is transported to cyclone, the classified and concentrated sand by centrifugal force is provided to vibrating screen by grit mouth. Sand and water are effectively separated after vibrating screen's dewatering. A little fine sand and mud and so on be returned to the washing pool through recycling box. The water overflows out from exit when water surface of pool is high. The output weight concentration  recovered by vibrating screen is 70%- 85%. Adjusting fineness module may come true by changing pump's speed, changing mixture concentration, adjusting the overflowing capacity, changing the grit mouth, then to fulfill its three functions — washing, dewatering and classifying.

1 Max input size?  (Make sure it is less than 5mm, better if less than 1mm)
2 Sand input capacity for per hour .
3 Sand content in input mixture? (make sure it is less than 40%. Normally, 30%)
