LEADER GN50 aluminum suspended scaffolding system
1. No welding on system:
trhe exclusive patent design connection device changes the conventional way of adopting welding for fixing the connecting joints and the load distribution mode of traditional metal scaffolding. When ledgers or transoms are loaded, the force is transferred to the ring connection and not instantaneously and directly to the vertical standards, thus avoiding the possibility of damaging the standards instantaneously at the connecting points due to external force. On the jointing point, ring connector transfers most of the vertical load to the center line of the aluminum tube and is fixed to give firm and tight connection without loose gap for movement, thus making the whole scaffolding a robust and stable structure. The resistance and stiffness of “LEADER” scaffolding are outstanding, which overwhelms all previous mental scaffolding.
2. Light weight; simple and fast erection and dismantling; high efficiency; easy to move, transport and store:
Using the light-weight and stable aluminum alloy material, convenient to erect, move and store. For example, a 5 Rung transom is only 4.2KG, which is much less the weight of the same height welding scaffolding—10.6KG. The whole scaffolding’s weight is only 1/3 of the traditional steel scaffolding’s. So there is no need to worry the damage to the ground. Meanwhile, the single pole design makes the erection easier, safer and more flexible!
3. Stable and robust structure ensuring safety; high loading capacity:
Connected components with high strength and stability; designed supporters; the safe and stabile whole structure. Using the new inside- expansion and outside-pressure cold forming technology; scaffolding joint force can receive the destruction of Latvia 4100-4400Kg, much greater than the allowable pull-out force—2100Kg;
4. Multi-direction design; adapted to any complicated construction environment:
Users can make a flexible combination erection according to special maintenance or operation in different terrain environment. Except the usage of the scaffolding, it also can be set up to air-suspending scaffolding, cantilever rack, bridging frame, round or curved frame and stage rack and etc. We can provide special design and manufacture according to the users’ need.
5. Lowest component wear and tear:
all the components are treated specially with anti- oxidizing, anti-rusting and anti-chemical corrosion methods. At the same time, the ring connector is made of cast steel, which is enough stable and durable to be used over 30 years without maintenance. And for the single pole design, users can change the broken components easily, which reduces a lot of cost for the whole scaffolding’s change.
6.Little storage space; lowest storage cost:
Every component of LEADER universal multi-direction Aluminum Scaffold System is designed with single pole. So the volume is small. For example, the 5 rung vertical stander’s diameter width is 130cm, but another same height welding aluminum’s diameter width is 1350cm. At the high cost of land conditions, it reduced much storage cost.

This combination has a higher capacity up to 90KG, Which is beyond the others aluminum scaffoldings' ability.
8. Can be equipped with vertical, inclined or stairway ladders as options:
Users can choose different types ladders according to work's requirment. The vertical ladder is suitable to the work that dose not need climb up and down frequently; the inclined is more convenient to climb; the stairway especially adapts to the frequent-climbing work.
