Shuttlecock feather can classified as four grade , Top class or class A ,class B ,class C ,class D

--Class A or Top Class feather color is the more white. appearance is the more beautiful. feather root is more larger. The thickness of the feather is more thicker. It usually mix sandwich 3layer shuttlecock head together to produce high-glade shuttlecock. such as use to international competition or high competition

--Class B feather color is white. appearance is beautiful. the feather root is a little small than class A. the thickness of the feather is a little thin than Class A It usually mix sandwich 2layer or PU shuttlecock head together to produce high-medium-glade shuttlecock. such as use competition or high professional training

--Class C feather color is white. appearance is beautiful . the feather root is small .the thickness of the feather is thin. It usually mix PU shuttlecock head together to produce medium-low glade shuttlecock. such as use small competition or training

--Class D feather color is a little yellow. appearance have some dirty . the feather root is small .the thickness of the feather is thin. It usually mix PU or shuttlecock head together to produce low glade shuttlecock. such as use to training

We use Speed 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 instead. There is a 30cm distance between eachspeed. Shuttle speeds are ideal for different parts of the world. For example, shuttles with Speed 76 are used in China during the summer and 77 during the winter months. Shuttles with Speed 75 are good in Thailand,

Speed 76 ,77 in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, Speed 77, 78 in the U.S.A., Speed 78,79 in Finland, Canada, Korea and Japan. Speed 79, 80 in Australia in winter. Speed 73-74 would only be played in high altitude area as Yunnan Province in China and Colorado Springs in U.S.A. or high temperture area as Johannesburg in South Africa.
