Product Description

Scrap Cable Wire Recycling Equipment is specialized in recycling scrap copper wires or cables,whose diameter should be below 25mm,such as Auto Electric Wire,Motorcycle Electric Wire,Computer Wire and other various miscellaneous material cables,communication cables etc.The recycling rate can reach 99.9%.
This machine is consist of Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.

 

The copper cable recycling equipment uses the cutting machine ---crusher ----conveyor---virbrate screen --the seond pulverizer ---conveyor ---high voltage electrostatic separator to separate the copper from the plastic .during manufacturing there is no dust spilt ,no drags ,no poisious air,and no water pollution .

 Working principle

When directly put into the machine, used cable is cut into granules first, during this process, copper and plastic is separated but mixed together, then the granules are sent to vibration device for separation,through wind blow and vibration, the copper and plasticis are separated, then pure copper comes out from one side and pure plastic comes out from the other side, we collect the separated pure copper and plastic at last!
