To Attach

1. Position the suction cup on the contact surface so as the red line will be clearly visible if it should appear while lifting the load. CAUTION: Be sure to properly test the suction cup before using to lift any heavy object.
2. Press the plunger until the cup attaches completely and the red line is completely hidden.
3. Be sure to check the plunger frequently as to make sure that the cup remains securely attached. CAUTION: If the red line appears while lifting, set the load down immediately and pump the plunger until the red line is once again hidden.

To Release

1. Set the load securely down.
2. Press the valve release lever until the cup completely disengages. completely.
