Features of gas oil separation plant :
1. Material of air filter: Wood pulp filter paper from USA HV co. and Korea Ahlstrom co.
2. Filtration precision of air filter element ≤10μm,efficiency≥99.8%
3. Service life of air filter element: 2000h
4. Before solidification, air filter paper should be processed by folding and forming technique. 
5. Air filter paper can be easily shaped, which can remain unchanged after solidification.
6. Please ensure the effectiveness of air filter paper and extend its service life under mechanical conditions.   
7. Raised portion can be pressed into filter paper to maintain the space. 
8. Optimized folded filter paper will ensure the maximum filter surface area in relatively small spaces.

 Notes of gas oil separation plant :

1. Air filter element should be cleaned through back-flowing.

2. Air filter element’s rated capacity of inlet air should be more than main engine’s.

3. Please select the element with low intake resistance and large dust holding.

4. Air filter element should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent form moisture and avoid impacting service life
