1). Spring-loaded device of high pressure spring can make the grinding pressure of roller increase, capacity increase; and the materials range is wider.
2). Roller device adopts the most advanced multi-stage sealing including mechanical sealing and overlapping sealing the sealability is good, which can lower the maintenance cost and prolong the equipment’s lifespan.
3). The improved turbine analysis machine adopts highdensity blades, and the air resistance reduced, the fineness and capacity increased. The regulation of frequency analysis machine is more accurate, more energy saving, and the sorting effect is better and the automation level is higher.
4).Taking measures such as soft connection and processing of rubber mats to reduce vibration effectively, avoid the influence of vibration in grinding chamber on analysis machine, meanwhile, it also improves the analysis fineness and lower the noise, which improves the working environment.

The Fine grinding mill working processing:
The small crushed particles are sent to the storage hopper by bucket elevator, then to the host by the electric vibrating feeder for grinding. The grind rolling device in the host, hanging on the plum frame, rotates around the central shaft; the grinding roller turns on its own axis at the same time. The grinder roller swings outwards and presses grinding ring under the centrifugal force. The grinding materials are mashed and ground under the effect of grinding rollers. The air blower blows powders to the analytic engine to be analyzed in the grinding chamber; and the coarse materials fall into the host to be ground again, and the fine materials enter the whirlwind machine collecting with the airflow, and they are final products after collected and discharged from discharging port. The purified airflow enters the air blower through the pipe upside the whirlwind collector. The dust cannot overflow, so no pollution to the environment. Due to the water content in the materials will be evaporated to gas, the gas in the pipe, the joint part of the flange increases the circling wind, and this part will be discharged after being purified by the dust collector.
