Description
Tilting Type Non-Return check Valve is designed to installed at outlet of pump to prevent water and other medias flowing back or avoid destructive water hammer damaging valves and pipes etc. water supply system,when stop pumping or accidents caused by powder cut.

This valve has a hydraulic slowly-closing device,there are quickly-closing and slowly-closing two closing stages .
Application
It is applicable for clean water,sewage and water with low concentration slurry. Valve DN size:250-2400mm,working pressure is not more than 2.5MPa.

This check valve doesn’t need other power device and operating control device,when it works,it don’t need to adjust and control,as long as the valve data is set,it can work automatically, It is driven by the flow itself as power,and slowly execute open--full bore flow--promptly close--slowly non-returned etc. functions automatically.
Prompt-close angle and slowly-close time can be adjustable,and be applicable for different working system and situation.
Tilting type seat,Open-close range for the valve is short(Open-close angle is 77°.Open-close performance is very good.
