Before applying the far-infrared heating pad , clean & dry the skin. Remove the protective cover, apply it on the skin, press down firmly and smooth out. The painful area should be completely covered. After 2 days, remove the plaster, lift up a corner to pull plaster off. stop using in the  third day and apply a new one in the forth day .  4 packs is a course of treatment under normal circumstances
