Yes, you can get available free samples in our stock, but for freight collection.

Please offer the specification of the label/sticker, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

3. What format design file you want for printing?

AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.

4. Can you help with the design?

Yes, we can help with design simple information such as logo and some images.

5. What's the trade term and payement term?

100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, WU, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negociated.

6. What about the lead time?

It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

7. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. one day after shipping.

8. Do you have MOQ?

Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.

Packaging & Shipping

If the weight and volume is small, we ship goods by DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx and EMS.

If the weight and volume is large, we ship goods by air or by sea.

The shipping time of each option:
3 to 5 workdays of express delivery,10 to 30 workdays by sea
We have built long-term cooperation with courier and can get much discount to lower the shipping costs.
