A1: Our MOQ is not the same based on different items. Small orders are also welcome.

Q2: what file we should offer?

A2: PCB:Gerber file is better,( Protel ,power pcb,Eagle,Express PCB,PADs file), PCBA : Gerber file and BOM list.

Q3: What is the lead time?

A3:Sample needs 4-5 days, mass production needs 7-10 days, according to the order volume.Also we can provide quick time service 1-2days.

Q4: What payment terms do you have?

A4: For small orders, we usually prefer Paypal and Western Union; For bigger order,pls pay by TT.,Also,we accept NET30.

Q5: How about the shipping method?

A5:We have stable cooperation ship with DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS, TNT and other air flight way or sea freight company.Usually we will quote you the most reasonable shipping method according to your country, good types, weight and requested delivery time.
