HPL Material Table Tops 

Fulihua HPL Table Tops are made of HPL compact laminate. With strong resistance to impact, moisture and steam,

no toxic and are totally hygienic, these furnitures are suitable for high humidity areas, such as outdoor, kitchen, home room, dinning room, bar, office, garden and so on.

They are also widely used in schools, hospitals, shopping malls and hotels that have an extensive range of style and specification. 

• Board Material : All table tops are made of 12 or 13mm compact grade HPL laminate panels, which is easy to clean, waterproof, strong resistance and are in fashionable style.
• Colors and designs : Various colors and patterns available. Customized designs are also welcomed.
• Hardware : 304 Stainless Steel table legs or other accessories available.
• Drawing : Clients provide product drawings for advice and quotation. We will send back with cutting list for approval before production.
• Installation : Installation guide available upon requirement.

Structures:

High Pressure Laminate(HPL) is formed by laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin and multi-layer black or brown kraft paper dipped with phenolic resin and pressing with steel plate under high pressure and high temperature.

The thickness and color can be adjusted by the customers' actual needs.

• Top layer : Protective overlay for printed decors
• Under layer :decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin
• Core : layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin
