1.Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.

2.As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images.

3.Please allow 1-2 cm(0.4-0.7in) error of measurement.

Sample service

1.Garment costs

All manufacture jobs are quoted individually at the time but our  wholesale price list will give an indication of costs for typical garment styles.

2.Sampling costs

There is a charge for preparing prototype samples, which will cover our sampling costs. However, those will be reimbursed when a bulk production order is placed. Any delivery costs incurred to and from the factory are charged out at cost.

3.Labeling

We can manufacture your labels from artwork, and insert during production into neck seam, side seam or elsewhere.

Technical services

•Screen printing at source - 'panel printing' before garment assembly is a particular speciality, but all types of screen printing techniques are available;

• Embroidery - 4 different types of embroidery machines are used;

• Applique - both knitted and woven fabrics, with fabrics layers and distressed effects are offered;

• Bagging and labeling - including printing on polybags and production of barcode.

1.What is your minimum order?

The minimum production per style, per color and per size is 100 pieces per size. 

2.How much do I pay for postage and packing for my order?

This depends on the type of delivery you choose as each delivery method has its separate price (please refer to questions regarding method of deliveries below for further details). There is only one delivery charge per order no matter how many items the order contains

3. How to delivery your goods?

a.By sea;

b.By air;

c.By expressage(DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT,ARAMEX,EMS etc.)

(Attention: Customers are supposed to pay for 40% deposit in advance, and 60% balance need to be paid before shipment.)

4.How soon will we receive the goods?

According to your QTY, usually is 15--25 working days after receive 40% down payment.

5.What is your payment terms?
