5	if can not discharge the power bank when use it ( can not charge for mible phones or other 5V equipment ) , the ower indicator is normal and flashlightis off .	charge the power bank more than 3 seconds .
6	if can not discharge the power bank when use it ( can not charge for mobile phones or other 5V equipments ) , the power indicator and flashlight are dark	charge the power bank more than 3 seconds
