Basically packing options are customised, including carton, pallet or some other form of packing per customer’s request .

The lead-time of sea shipment is usually 30days after the receipt of the prepayment.

1)  Standard payment is full advance by T/T. Certain proportion of prepayment upon order placing and clearance of remaining payment before dispatch of goods can be applied to regular clients.

2) For samples and test orders on small scale, such transportation agents as EMS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT can be employed.

3) For regular orders, the standard shipment is by sea, of which the normal lead-time is 30 days, while the air freight can be used to meet urgent demands.

1) To deliver products already available in our warehouse, the delivery can be arranged within one week after receiving the payment.

2) For the products of ODM/OEM, it normally takes 30day-45days to freight after receiving the payment.

1) To ensure consistency of quality, systematic policies in pace in terms of production input (raw material, etc.), processing, semi-product and finished product inspection, etc. A quality team is fully dedicated to the quality consistency.

2) Customers are often actively engaged in quality control by examining and approving samples before mass production is scheduled.

best after- sales service:

1)Customers can be compensated when the delivery failure rate reaches 3% (delivery failure rate of acceptance is capped at 3% due to the industrial practice; normal way of compensation is to send failed quantity beyond 3% when fulfilling the next order.

2) Consistency of samples and ordered goods is guaranteed. Proven inconsistency by customers shall be immediately and effectively corrected.

Quality Control:

Before the production, we will make samples for customers to confirm, after the samples are approved, we will begin to produce.

During the production, our company will arrange professional quality control personnel to supervise the production and will take photos for my customers, once found the problems, we will modify at once so that we can offer the best quality products to our customers.

Best after- sales Service: When receiving the goods, please inspect and calculate the breakage rate and defected products first, if thebreakage rate and defected products exceed 3% of the total quantity,we will compensate the same quantity on the next order.

If the product is not the same with the samples we send to you before, please take photos and then we will compare with the samples,if it is our mistake, we will accept the claims and compensate all your loss.
