15t pyrolysis machine applies automatic feeding and slag, the raw material (tire chip and plastic 50mm*50mm size big ) is pyrolysed during the moving process from the low temp zone to the high temp zone of the reactor vessel, which is of high automation, big capacity, and highly safety. Those advantages solve the batch system problems like dirty batch production, small production capacity, long reaction duration, high energy consumption, high labor cost, bad working condition , and in the meanwhile ,this fully continuous system avoid having too much sealing point , oil/gas outlet easy leakage, and air pollution problem. This system utilizes our unique designed inner screw pusher , which can guarantee the raw material get even heated , and fully pyrolysed, and at same time, it realize the 100% carbon black separation from the pyrolysed gas, so that this gas will not have carbon black powder inside , and the oil quality is being upgraded.
