Wooden Perforated Acoustic Panel is made by high density MDF, with holes at both sides. There are two kinds, one is drilling until the end, another is side there will be big or small holes, that means the holes on two sides is not same size.  At present, we can make the diameter of the holes to 0.5-10MM, but we normally make 5-8MM, the diameter 0.5-4MM is extremely difficult, but high requirement for aiguille, and is much expensive. The size of the round holes is related to the impression of absorbing the noise. A perforation panel with big and small holes can absorb the noise for all frequency.
