Performance between H68 and H62, price H68 cheap, also have higher strength and plasticity, can well under cold and hot pressure processing, are prone to corrosion cracking.Brass, has the good mechanical properties, thermal state of plasticity is good, under the cold plastic can also, good cutting, brazing and welding, corrosion resistant, but easy to produce corrosion cracking.Moreover cheap, is one of the widely used ordinary brass varieties.H62 (i.e., allocation of brass).Beta is much more hard than alpha phase at room temperature, thus can be used under high load of parts.Alpha + beta duplex brass can be hot working at above 600 ℃.Alpha + beta duplex brass microstructure: alpha for bright white solid solution, beta is CuZn based solid solution
