AUTOMATIC SOAP PACKING MACHINE

MODEL : AI EXCEL SUPER SERVO


This is our most successful model for packing toilet soaps, laundry soaps, detergent soaps in plastic pouches. The maximum achievable speed of machine is 250 pieces per minute (depending upon the dimensions of soap).


It is a fully Automatic Machine with HMI controller along with motion sensors, temperature controllers for horizontal and vertical sealers.

Standard Sea Worthy packing in wooden box which are well fumigated and with inner lining of thick plastic sheet. Boxes are easy to handle with crane and fork-lift.
