• Paper feeding unit

  • The front panel is manual adjusted while the side panel is adjusted by electrical automatically.
  • The paper transmission roll equipped with a rubber surface to prevent crushing the cardboard, and improve the transmission accuracy.
• Die cutting unit
  • The slotting, corner cutting, creasing and punching will be accomplished in one time. 
  • The main structure and frame is made of high quality cast iron, with the thickness of 50mm.
  • The die cutting roller is made of the high quality steel with the thickness of 30mm, and chrome plated, as well balance adjustment.
  • Die cutting roller cylinder type auto separation unit can increase wear of rubber sleeve.
  • Mechanical soft roll is able to lateral movement for 40mm, to make the rubber wear evenly. 
  • The soft roller auto self grinding unit improves the usage of rubber sleeve, 3 or 4 times grinding and re-use is available.
  • Automatic compensation of linear velocity can guarantee that die-cutting size for each batch of cartons is in full accord. 
  • America imported polyurethane rubber is easy and convenient to install and has a long lifetime, able to die cutting for 12 million times.
