Shaftless mill roll stand_[RD-ZJ-F-2200]
- Dual slide rail with 4 arms design, available to load 2 paper roll at the same time on both side
- Manual disc brake is equipped in order to adjust the web tension at any time
- The fixed torque clutch is equipped which make sure the safe operation of support arm clamping and rotating
Preheater & Multiple-preheater_[RD-RG-1-600/RD-RG-3-600]
- The preheater roller is in accordance with the national pressure vessel standard.
- The surface of the preheater roller is well treated by precision grinding and chrome plated, so as to make the roller durable.
- The heating angle is adjustable within 360o so as to adjust the paper heating surface and make sure the paper heated evenly.
Fingerless single facer_[RD-SF-320S-2200]
- Cardboard transmission is achieved by the method of vacuum suction, it equipped with high pressure air blower as well as a muffler, with adjustable of air blowing rate, to keep flute profiles stable under high speed.
- All the corrugated rolls, pressure roll, gluing roll are pneumatically controlled, and the air control unit and electrical control unit are concentrated in on cabinet.
- The main structure and frame are made of cast iron, up to the thickness of 200mm, equipped with independent gear box and cardan drive with submerged lubrication system to avoid noise and run stable.
- The shafts of corrugated and pressure roll are all heat resisting and lubricated by lubricating grease.
- The corrugated roll is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding, laser-quenching, to reach the hardness of HRC60o
- The pressure roll is made of medium carbon steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding and chrome plated, the roll up and down is controlled by cylinder.
- The gluing roll is treated with grinding, mesh snicked and chrome plated on the surface, while the doctor roll has the same treatment.
- The gluing unit could be taken out integrally which is convenient for gluing roll maintenance and replacement. the gluing wall is sliding plate structure, pneumatic control glue supplying, the glue quantity is digital displayed.
- The gluing unit is available to run independently or non-independently.
- The pre-heater is made of seamless steel tube, and connected by flexible metal hose.
Double glue machine_[RD-GM-C-2-2200]
- Parameters can be displayed and operated on the LCD screen interface.
- With the process of quenching and tempering surface treatment, dynamic balance, surface finishing grinding, and then crave the overlapping curve on the surface, the gluing roller reaches a high quality level which assures gluing even and saves its volume.
- The rotation of gluing roller is controlled by frequency converter and converter motor, which assures the gluing roller runs the same step with the double face machine, also it's available to run independent.
- The adjustment of glue quantity is achieved by electric or manual, and the glue quantity will digital displays on the LCD screen.
- Equipped with self-circulating glue supplying system to control the glue supply quantity and avoid glue depositing, keep a good quality of glue and save its volume.
- Pneumatic control of the pressure roller lifting, while the gap micro-adjusted by electric.
- All of the rollers are well treated with grinding and chrome plated.
- Roller type encoder is equipped to detect the speed signal of double face machine, in order to make the gluing roller running the same step with the double face machine.
Heavy bridge conveyor_[RD-ZDF-2200]
1. Heavy bridge conveyor
- The main structure is welded by U-steel, I-steel, angle steel
- Two safety guardrail are installed on both side of the bridge, as well as safety staircase, ensure the worker's safety and make a convenient operation.
- Equipped with converter motor and PVC conveyer belt to deliver the single corrugated cardboard with a stable wavy.
- Vacuum adsorb tension control, the air quantity is adjusted steplessly.
- Equipped with two sets of electrical offset adjusting system, and two guideposts are used on the offset adjusting baffle for positioning, driven by leading screw, which makes a quick, precise and stable positioning.
- The worker can control the system on both bridge and ground, since two separated electrical control boxes are fixed on both bridge and ground.
- All the surface of roll shaft are well treated by grindiing and chrome plated.
- The case of air blower is made of steel plate with finishing of grinding and chrome plated, and equipped with high-power vacuum pump
- Equipped with vacuum auxiliary braking system.
- The paper guide driven by the gear motor to control the cardboard edge orderly.
Double face machine_[RD-SM-C-2200]
- The heating plates are made of pressure vessel board which are in accordance with the national standard, while the surface is will treated with grinding and chrome plated.
- The hot-plated is composed of intensive gravity press roll structure, while its' inner structure is separated into "S" shape, which are good for steam and water separation, and improves the steam utilization.
- The lifting of press roll is controlled by hydraulic.
- The upper conveyer belt is designed to adjust offset automatically, and two sets of tension adjustment system are additional, one for manual fine-turning, one for quick pneumatic adjustment.
- The upper "S" shape cotton belt device is equipped with double cylinder.
- The lower cotton belt is available for "S" shape manually adjusting offset and tension, one set of pneumatic fine-turning system is additional.
- The drive roll is covered by wearproof rubber, ensures the cardboard flat transmission.
- The main drive motor is an energy saving converter motor, with the features of low speed and large torque, wide rang of speed adjustment, and easy maintenance.
- All of the electrical components are in according with the national standard.
- The main structure is made of high tensile steel and GB profiles, with a firm structure, beautiful shape, running stable with high speed.
NC thin blade slitter scorer_[RD-ZQS-2200]
- Blade and scorer configuration: 4 blades with 6 scorers and 5 blades with 8 scorers are available.
- The blades and scorers are available to rise and drop controlled by electrical, which is designed to adapt for the different thickness of cardboard.
- The machine frame is moveable transverse also controlled by electrical, which is make for the offset adjusting.
- New style of high speed thin edge cutting system, ensure a glossy and smooth incision
- Equipped with pneumatic controlled self blade sharpening syetem, so as to sharpen the blades without stopping the machine, the sharpening frequency is available to be set up depends on different cardboard.
- The blades are made of tungsten alloy steel, the lifetime will over 3 million Meters.
NC cut off machine_[RD-NCHQ-100-2200]
- Cutting length: 500mm-9999mm
- Cutting precision: ±1mm
- Minor diameter of cutter shaft with high speed, improve the productivity
- The transmission system is lubricated automatically by the autocycle oil pump.
- The adjustable precise non-gap gear ensures a precise engagement, and high quality incision and straightness, also protecting the blade.
- NC controlled to follow up the line speed and keep synchronization with the line.
- Multigroup orders storage is available, the orders will be accomplished automatically according the storage sequence, and the LCD screen will display corresponding information.
Paper sheet delivery and side conveyor_[RD-DMT-2200]
- The main structure is welded by 14# U-steel, electrical adjusting paper size.
- Transverse transmission of paper sheet is controlled by pneumatic, the speed is adjustable.
- Vertical paper sheet transmission is achieved by wide conveyer belt.
- Foot switch is equipped to control the outputting of paper sheet when the quantity or height reaches the demand.
Glue making system_[RD-ZJZ]
- The main pourpose of this system is providing starch glue for single facer and glue machine.
- The system is composed of loading tank, main tank, storage tank, deliver pump and circulating pump.
- The horizontal type glue making machine is able to produce a large quantity of glue.
- A glue supplying pump is equipped to deliver the glue to the machines form the glue tank.
- The glue storage tank equipped with a stirring device, to avoide the glue precipitating.
