1. One year warranty is valid from the date of receiving equipments.

2. Wearing parts provided free of charge for replacement in each shipment.

3. Warranty is only valid when the product has been used in accordance with the Installation, Operation, Maintenance and Instruction Manual and by a competent person trained in its use.

4. Warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration, which is caused by human.

5. During warranty period, shipping cost of replacement products or parts are our responsibility.

6. Beyond the warranty period, we provide spare parts to customers at factory cost.

7. Professional team supply service for life long time.

8. OEM is welcome. We can put your logo on the machine if needed.

A1: We are manufacturer, factory located in Liaoning province, and here Shenzhen is Sales Branch.

Q2: When the product can be delivered?
A2: Regular lead-time will be within 30 days after receiving 30% deposit, subject to prior sales.

Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: We have not MOQ required for vehicle equipments.

Q4: What about the payment terms?
A4: We accept T/T, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and irrevocable L/C at sight once the total amount up to USD50,000.00.

Q5: What about the warranty?
