1.Product  Description.

SY Rollers are made from High Density Polyethylene.The versatility of this material ensures that

SY Roller satisfy a range of uses where other plastic and steel roller have failed.

The injection molding process and high quality components result in a superior product

 that in recent testing out performed steel rollers.

2.The Advantage of SY HDPE ROLLER

 

1.Abrasion & corrosion resistant

 Comparative Wear Test Result indicate that SY HDPE ROLLER life will outlast steel through wear.

SY HDPE ROLLER are acid and alkaline resistant(no rust shell) 

2.Spillage control

Process material does not adhere to or build up on SY HDPE ROLLER,which is the primary cause of belt mis-tracking,spillage and leakage.

3.50% less weight than steel

Reduces the risk of injury to worker by using a roller that is 50% lighter than steel shell rollers.

SY-HDPE ROLLERS are lighter when handling and transporting from store to destination.

SYHDPE ROLLERS are lighter than makes installation into conveyors which are long and 

steep in access easier than steel rollers.

1.Labyrinth Seals

The addition of the multi labyrinth seal, together with a high quality lubricant ensures 

no entry of dust or water and enhances the long life and low maintenance of Blue King Rollers.

2.Anti-Static Resistance

The anti-static agent prevents sparking during operation in volatile conditions.
This is a much sought after feature when considering usage such as underground mining

 where gas buildup can occur, also in dusty conditions such as grain storage areas, 

where conditions can be fatal if ignition occurs
