          SL-1020 PUR high speed automatic film laminator is a new type of film laminating machine, it works with solvent free PU glue, the advantages are:

Saving Energy: Replace the heating and drying system of water based lamination,which can reduce the power consumption about 40KW.

 

High efficiency: this machine can run at the speed of 80~100 meter per minute.

 

High quality:
Composite technology of normal temperature can avoid the deformation of the film and paper due to the high temperature and high pressure.
Strengthen the fastness of lamination greatly,especially suitable for the spot color lamination of black or red.

 

Environmental protection:

Without solvent pollution of solvent based lamination; Without influence of dispersing agent in water based lamination. Adhesive has been approved by the FDA Food and Drug Administration, it is the authentic green and environmental protection lamination.

 

Low cost: Low glue-spread amount,2.0 to 3.0g/m2 only,adhesive cost can reduce 30%.
