It has excellent RF performance(Mer,Ber,etc.). One 4 in 1 IP QAM Modulator with Scrambler 

multiplexer can work as 4 stand alone scrambler, support 4 channel simual encryption with 4 CAS. LCD dispay,keyword operation and NMS network management.
