Q3. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

A3:Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q4. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

A4:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.

Q5:how to get the progress of the mould making

A5:we will update the mould making information and email them to you every week .

Q6: how to make sure the quality of mould is satisfied?

A6: After the mould done,we wiil test the mould and send the sample to you .,we will deliver the mould to you until you are satisfied .the mould in normal condition using will be guaranteed one year . Lifetime technical support about the mould will be provided.

Q7: what's the payment terms?

A7: We accept 50% as payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance. For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred.
