From 1998, with significant increased demand from customers, our team has been started and dedicated to the design and manufacture for various kinds of customized molding. Over the years we uphold and improve the technology, quality and enterprise constitution, to enhance our product design, processing, quality control and manufacturing processes to achieve customer demand for high quality products.

In 2011, “Newstar Mold Technology Co. Ltd”, second subsidiary of Plastico Group in SuZhou, established and specialized in precision plastic injection, mold design and fabrication. In order to continually providing high quality service and products, we not only develop complete records and standard management, also build SOP,SIP and quality control system for tooling manufacture. We look forward to providing the total service of plastics injection molding ( 2D/3D mold design, CAM, runner analysis, CNC processing, EDN processing, benchwork assembly, and components measurement by precision equipment) and grow together with our customers

Walking through last three decades, we turn a small operation with 3 employees into a well-organized group companies with almost 300 employees in both Taiwan and China. Plastico professional R&D and project management team offer customers the best and innovative product design and quality services. From brain storming to product manufacturing, Plastico professional R&D team has established the comprehensive and stable relationship with customers.

In addition to regular product development, Plastico also provides customers more comprehensive testing project based on our experienced R&D and QC team. High self-standard allows us to provide customers more thoughtful and perfect services.

Last but not least, Plastico R&D holds more than 35 patents in USA, Euro, Taiwan and China. This is one of the achievements we are proud of, and it is the best way we keep the competitiveness in the market.

In order to pursue Plastico products’ high quality policy, start from the design, raw material qualification, production, quality control, to the delivery of products, Plastico continuously puts a lot of resources into quality control system. Before the mass production, Plastico would strictly guard on verification of products’ design, reliability, compatibility, and safety requirements. Raw materials’ qualification will be completed at this stage as well.

When it comes to mass production, we set up strictly quality control procedures to ensure all products and raw materials meet Plastico high quality standard. Furthermore, to ensure the products with consistent quality, Plastico also conducts the Ongoing/Outgoing Reliability Test (ORT) irregularly to show our non-negotiable spirit of pursuing high quality.

Customers’ satisfaction is always our first priority, so Plastico quality control system not only boosts the reliability of products but also continuously puts a lot of efforts in quality improvement projects and activities which covers many different aspects including products’ design, production process, quality control, shipping, internal operation, document control, and after sales etc.

At the same time, Plastico Group is also committed to build the highest level quality into the products and service. We understand that quality in the workforce translates into the quality of products. Therefore, our Taiwan and China factory were awarded ISO 9001 in 1977 and 2000 from LRQA respectively. With at least once per year reviewing by 3rd party inspector, all our professional workers put lots of effort to maintain the quality system as well. Only by this way, we are able to say proudly that each parts made by our factory always comes with the highest standard and quality.
