Application:
LDC Model Low headroom single girder overhead crane is based on the transformation from standard single girder overhead crane, it is mainly to meet the customers the following special requirements: the workshop height is low, but requires relatively high lifting height. Main beam is I-steel form, with the low headroom electric hoist,it is increasing the actual lifting height of the electric hoist.
it is specialized requited when the clearance of the workshop is low, and have good advantage to fit low headroom, It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment
1. Main beam: The crane beams are of welded construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel load being transmitted to the crane runway.
2. End carriage: Crane traveling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very stable starting!
With advantages of big trolley tread,smooth traveling, tight structure,strong rigidity,delicate operation, low noise,safety and reliability and beautiful exterior.
