Decissant masterbatch is designed specicifally for removing water foam from recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA during processing. Its great advantage is it can effectively absorb water moisture while processing, so that the recycled PE/PP/PS/ABS/EVA scraps and granule could be directly used to make plastic products without pre-drying and product quality proved to be very good.
Product Features:
(1) High dehydration rate. Can absorb20%~25%water of itself.
(2)Good dispersity, easy to plasticize. water can be dispersed in a matrix resin after absorbing, without leaving any traces.
(3)Excellent stability. It can keep good after 24hours in the air undernormal climate.
(4)Nontoxic, tasteless, harmless. convenient to use, just mixed it uniformly by a certain percentage with the matrix resin before processing.

1.Using method:
In the process of plastics products, such as blown moulded films, sheet products and injection moulded products, especially for the biodegradable plastic products, the trace moisture that contained in raw materials can be released. Therefore, there will be air bubbles formed on the surface of finished products, which can impact appearance quality and mechanical properties.
With this product, the bubbles can be effectively eliminated to make plastic products appearance smooth and leveling, and thus keep original products mechanical strength without compromising processing techniques. This products addition amount is 1%-5% according to the dryness of raw materials.
