Transparent Masterbatch is mainly suitable for hypocrystalline resins, especially polypropylene resin.  This series masterbatches can enhance the resin transparency and mechanical property to greatly improve the productivity, reduce cost and enlarge the application scale for resin. It’s mainly applications for injection, blowing, and film flack extrusion. This masterbatch is can be used for random copolymerization and homopolymerization PP, as well as PE materials.

Usages

Evenly mix polypropylene transparent Masterbatch with the resin at ratio of 1:25 to 1:200(different ratio decided by the specific product property) for immediate use. 

Precaution

To  optimally  exert  this  masterbatch,  the  surface of the used moulds should be as bright as the mirror surface.
