Work Principle:

Waste paper ,Waste mud through consistency pulper decomposition,include a lot of pulp fiber and plastic material, through machine dehydration composite moisture content 60% molding board:paper of slurry storage tank through pulp pump transport pulp well,uniform mixing through pulp pump transport to head tank,at the same time through water pump add water that adjustment concentration arrive 0.8~1%,inflow wire groove,through wire section take off water,partite into the wet mud board. Then through drying,became dry paper board,through calendar machine further modified flat.(or through hot pressure machine to drying, but this investment is big)
