Main features

Rinsing part

lRotary rinser: applicable for wine, beverage and water cleaning.

lThe new bottle is transported through the separation screw and starwheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held upwords, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.

lThe rinsing contact part and out cover adopt the stainless steel material

lOpen design gear driving

lThe bottle in place is equipped with pneumatic part, controlling the bottle, avoiding the falling down bottle come to the main machine

lWater pipe of rinser is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure maintaining valve

lManually adjust the elevation for different height bottle

lWater collecting tray: recycle the rinsing water

lRising volume for each bottle: 105ml/s(0.25MPa)

lIf no bottle or stop, rinsing stops; while it comes to bottle, it runs again.

 

Filling part

lAdopt the German technology, achieve to fill the cleaned bottle

lAdopt the guiding pole with cover function ;bottle held elevation desgin , ensures the complete seal between bottle neck and filling valve ,avoids the leakage.

lEquip with the anti break device ;bottle break cleaning ,avoiding the next botte .

lEquip with complete CIP cleaning function

lAccording to different height , it achieves elevation automaticlly and equips with the high& low level safety protection .

lMain drive adopt the gear drive with open design :high effeciency ,low nocie ,long life ,easy matainance ,full lubrication .

lAdopts the stepless frequence inverter to control main motor rotation

lBottle guding system ,simple structure ,which can change the bottle size more easily .

lAdopts the bottle held structure

lPLC control , the default can be listed as block ,cap shortage and etc.

lFilling machine: Adopt supporting structure of the bearings, simple and reliable structure, easy maintenance, smooth operation.

lFilling pressure filling a unique filling valve structure makes stable liquid shunt, to avoid foaming with the level correction.

lOn the orientation of the guide rod, the pre-mask function; bottle bottom hold structure enhanc accurate sealing of the mouth and the filling valve, reducing the material leaks from the bottle.

lEquip with the level sensor to ensure the filling stablity .

lThe key part and electril component adopt imported products.

 

Capping part

lCappig part :sorted cap is capped on the filled bottle ,and then transported to the next step.

lCapper rotates through the speed reducer machine .The cap leaves the hopper under the centrifugal function .The exit is equipped with the cap reverce dvice ,when the reverce cap comes ,it is changed to the right direction ;the cap quantity is controlled by the photoelectric switch ,ensures the caping falling effect.

lIf the container has the cap ,the second cap cannot go in ,which utilizes the cap .

lAnd it is equipped with photo eletric swith on the slding trail ,when it tests that there is no cap ,it stops automatically

lCapper is equipped with compensation function, reducing the bottle break rate.

lIf there is only one standard crown cap in different size bottle, the capping mold doesn’t need to be changed.

lAccording to different height bottle shape, the capper can be adjusted automatically.

Installation and commissioning

After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 30-35 days.

 

Training

The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.

 

After-sales service

1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipments and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time; if the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone; if relevant measurements couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault or relevant technical problems on site, the charges will reference to the installation and debugging charges.

2) After guaranteed, the seller will supply widely favorable technical support, after-sales service for the lifetime: favorable price for the wearing parts and other spare parts.
