Egg Tray machinery used for making the molded pulp products,such as egg tray,egg carton/box fruit 

tray,coffee tray. It is small investment.

3. Dryer line             

dryer line has two different lines. One is full-automatic dryer line, the other is made by brick(this is 

more cheaper). The length of line is 50 metres.

4. Production detial                                      

The whole production line include pulp making system + egg tray molding system + egg tray drying 

system + egg tray packing system. The drying line we will make single layer or multi layer depend 

on buyer's request

Consist of 1pc of forming platen and 1 pc of transfering platen. 

Platen size:1100x470mm,4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.

Forming efficiency:5-6 cycles/min;

Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto 

control cabinet.

  Metal multilayer drying

The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.
